DISASTER MANAGEMENT AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS IN ANY SERENE ENVIRONMENT
Any disaster management systems, that do not give preemptive warnings, and advisory services, can be classified as callous in nature, and a destructive machinery.
Any disaster management and operational systems, that can’t effectively identify critical threats, and pick up an early disaster warning signs, cannot accurately predict present, and future occurrences for any serious vulnerability management exercises, and key national and local disaster prevention decision-making outcomes could be flawed.
Any negligence and lackadaisical attitudes by managers of senstive institutions, and national power generation installations, may throw out faulty outputs, and questionable designs that may be disastrously negative, with huge safety and security risk repercussions.
An ineffective disaster management infrastructure plus negative decision making practices, may/will create a situation where threats and data analysis results would be challenged, and risk predictive assessment outlooks, and outcomes can’t be trusted either.
Disaster is preventable with proper planning, and readiness to resolve, and it’s negative consequences can be successfully minimised, and mitigated.
Frankly speaking, we can do better under the circumstances.
