As part of strategic measures of improving service delivery, MTN Ghana has invested two hundred and forty -five (245) million dollars to improve quality service delivery to customers in 2025.
The leading telecommunication company remained resolute in providing a better service to its customers, gathering feedback from multiple sources with stakeholders’ consultation.
The MTN Ghana has held its 2025 Eastern Regional stakeholders meeting with key players discussing issues confronting customers in the Eastern regional capital.

The stakeholder’s consultation by the MTN Ghana has brought news editors, policemen, news reporters, officials from New Juaben North and South metropolis, personnel from Environmental Protection Agency and many key players at the Eastern Premiere hotel
The engagement forms part of its annual media forum and addresses issues raised by the stakeholders by way of improving service delivery in the country.
Speaking to the newsmen after the stakeholders meeting, the Senior Manager for Corporate Communications at MTN Ghana, Mrs Georgina Asare Fiagbenu explained that they have embarked on a series of developmental activities including health, education, community support projects and many others.
Mrs Georgina Fiagbenu expressed that MTN remains committed to updating stakeholders on new plans, expenditures, and strategies which aims at improving transparency at all levels. She urged customers to be vigilant with their MoMo pin and use the platforms by the company.
She indicated that the various developmental activities taken by MTN was part of giving back to communities. Mrs Georgina Fiagbenu also took the opportunity to appeal to road contractors to do their background check on laid cables by MTN before commencing road projects to prevent disruption of service.
Reducing attacks on MoMo vendors, the Deputy Eastern Regional Commander of the Ghana Police Service, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Richard Appiah disclosed that the service has been engaging mobile money operators to take their personnel security seriously.

“Some of the vendors act in a way to attract armed robbers, they are supposed to ensure not to count money publicly, operate in serious cages and save contact numbers of security agencies at their areas,’’ ACP Richard Appiah said.
He called on MoMo vendors to work together to ensure a safe operating environment for all.
The New Juaben North Metropolitan Municipal Chief Executive, Hon Samuel Adongo has applauded the MTN team for organizing the meeting for stakeholders to get updated on new goals by the company.
Hon. Samuel Adongo articulated that the forum has offered an opportunity for the media personnel and other stakeholders to share ideas.
