Hon. Davis Ansah Opoku, the Member of Parliament for Mpraeso in Ghana’s Eastern Region, has stated emphatically that Alan Kyerematen is still the NPP’s best shot in the general elections of 2024.
According to him, by choosing Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen to lead the NPP, Hon. Ansah Opoku claims that the only way to prevent the NPP from breaking its eight-year winning streak in the general election of 2024.
The young legislature tweeted in response to the release of the worldwide info analytics April report on the primary and general elections.
“The recent survey says it all. @AlanKyerematen wins in 2024 if he is the flagbearer. I want President and not just a Presidential candidate. I like #alancash #afa #letsdoit.”
Elections for the NPP presidency are scheduled for November 2023. According to the report, compared to his main opponents in the party’s presidential primary, more Ghanaians would choose Alan Kyerematen to be their country’s next leader.
Many lawmakers, including Davis Ansah Opoku, have expressed support for Alan Kyerematen’s candidacy.
According to recent reports, as part of his first campaign for the presidency, Alan Kyerematen has successfully traveled all 16 districts of Ghana and engaged with delegates in a hearty manner.
Many experts predict Alan to win the NPP presidential primary because the majority of party members trust his abilities, longevity with the organization, and commitment to the NPP. According to NPP tradition, Alan is also considered to be the next in line.
