Head coach of Ebusua Dwarfs Ernest Thompson says their tactical superiority helped them snatched a resounding victory over Aduana Stars on match day 8 of the Ghana Premier League.
Resurgence Dwarfs mauled high flying Aduana Stars 3-1 at their backyard and the coach is convinced his side was tactically ahead of the Ogya boys.
According to the gaffer, he knew their opponent was going to attack and that, sat back as they didn’t want to burn ours easily.
“Tactically we knew what we were doing. We knew they were going to run of steal so we held them on and then took them on the break”
“Our counter play worked to perfection. It is about tactical brilliance and the boys giving of their best” he said at the post-match conference.
Ebusua Dwarfs are 17th on the log with 6 points.
