Head coach of Berekum Chelsea Seth Hoffman says his outfit goalless draw against Hearts of Oak does not reflect the effort put in by the players.
The Berekum based club was held to a 0-0 draw at the Golden City Park on Saturday in matchday 10 of the Ghana Premier League and according to Hoffman, they were just unlucky not have to score a goal against the Phobians.
“My boys were disciplined on the field of play. As I said, I respect Hearts of Oak because they are my former club. I know all the boys and these boys I grew them and precisely coach Papic is doing well, the team is also doing well, they are in good shape. As he comes they have not lost a match”
“I draw a tactical play so that they can’t get their rhythm, the style of midfield option they play and you could see we marked them boot for boot, we are on target, only one shot they had in dye minute in the entire 90 minutes but unfortunately the luck was not on our side to get a goal”
“All the chances we had we blew it away but let me tell you something, you could see all the 50-50 balls, the duels, the referee gave it to them so they have more advantage on us but we have put it aside. We have to get one point instead of three points, we will go to the drawing board and put things in order” he said.
