A 43 year old man, Kofi Annan, a welder has allegedly committed suicide in his house at Fetteh Kakraba Near Gomoa Buduburam in the Central Region after some thieves stole quantities of burglar proof windows and doors contracted by a rich man at Awutu Bawjiase.
Speaking to Bryt FM News Correspondent Eric Owusu Amponsah, the widow Efua Bembem revealed that her husband was deeply troubled after the thievery incident.
Efua Bembem however said, she cannot link the death to the incident.
Meanwhile Assembly man for Buduburam/ Fetteh Kakraba Elector area Lot Arthur said, was worried by the incident.
He said crime in Kasoa is alarming however, the Community lacks logistics to fight crime.
The body of the deceased has been taken to the Morgue by the police.
