The Western North Regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr.Benjamin Armah has emphatically stated that though the country is faced with the global economic crisis there is fast developmental projects undertaken by this current government is unprecedented to the people of Western North Region.
He said the region can boost of its share of the Regional Coordinating Council (RCC), Regional Police Command, Youth Employment Agency Office, Regional Education Office, Roads and Umat satellite campus at Bibiani.
Mr.Benjamin Armah, therefore, appealed to Ghanaians to have confidence in the NPP government since it can turn things around in this difficult economic hardships.
He again added his voice on the IMF bailout indicating that government stand does not mean failure but rather good alternative to revive the current economy due to the global economic crisis.
“Government has done a lot within the region despite the global economic crises and I will therefore appeal to all Ghanaians to support the President in this endeavour” he stated.
