The Managing Director of State Housing Company (SHC) Mr. Kwabena Ampofo Appiah, together with the Western Regional Commander of the Ghana Immigration Service DCI (Dr.) Prosper P.D Asima has inspected the project site of the GIS staff housing project at Sefwi Wiawso in the Western North Region.
The inspection was to see firsthand the progress of the project and to ensure that everything was running according to the set timelines.
The project which is in its final phase of completion is made up of a total of 7 houses consisting of 6 2-bedroom houses and a single 3-bedroom house.
The project is part of the Institutional Housing scheme by the SHC, the goal of which is to provide quality accommodation for the staff of state institutions.
This is the third of similarly successful projects executed by SHC for the Ghana Immigration Service with the first and second projects being situated in Tamale and Sunyani respectively, which is a clear nod to the quality of service that the SHC delivers in its quest to provide quality accommodation for public and private institutions alongside individuals across the nation.
