A widow in the Lower Manya Krobo Municipality of the Eastern region is calling on the Ghana Health Service to initiate an investigation into the cause of the death of her husband.
The widow alleged her husband died from Covid-19 vaccination complications.
Mr. Benjamin Awuley Mensah presiding member for Lower Manya Krobo municipal assembly in the eastern region died over the weekend.
According to the widow, Mrs. Janet Mensah, the late husband although had high blood pressure, was under control but developed complications after inoculation of the second Covid-19 jab which worsened leading to his death
“He went to take the second jab but complained of dizziness then later we thought it was malaria which we started treatment. But suddenly he was struggling to talk. On Sunday I sent him to Atua Hospital the Doctor told us his BP was high but it has been managed. However, his speech was not clear so they referred him to 37 military hospitals. They did all tests but did not see anything.
He had no and diabetes but were all normal in recent times. The complications of the vaccines caused the health problems” the widow alleged
