Ghanaian actress and movie producer Yvonne Nelson has been ranting about “haters” in the entertainment industry on social media for some time now.
According to the “Princess Tyra” actress, the entertainment industry is full of hate and jealousy, and she is not happy about that.
She has publicly announced that Gloria Sarfo is one of the haters in the entertainment space who hardly support people in the industry.
This claim by Yvonne Nelson was triggered after Gloria Sarfo reacted to her initial outburst that Yvonne Nelson hardly supports anyone in the industry but preaches support all the time.
Yvonne Nelson who believes she has always been supportive in the entertainment industry went on and averred that upon all her sacrifices, she doesn’t get the same energy anytime she comes up with a new project.
The actress ranted that she has worked hard to sustain the industry by introducing new talents in the movie scenes.
She went to say that none of her colleagues showed her lover support during her trial times and that was when she was banned for a year from acting.
“Gloria Sarfo, I just sent you a DM, you say most of you had this impression about me, which of you people supported me during my BAN in 2010, ahaaa…your hate didn’t start today. I even promote producers who owe me money, she confronted Gloria Sarfo.
Adding that, the industry is full of fake people who put on fake smiles anytime they see her but hate her deep inside.
“With the whole industry! Most hate me anyways. I learned the hard way and started my own
Productions. Stop sounding bitter, learn to love, just because you haven’t seen your movie on my page doesn’t mean I don’t support people”, she stated.
Stating her achievements, Yvonne Nelson in her own words said, “I have introduced over 50 new faces through my productions. After premieres, events I delete various posts, a lot of celebrities do that. And just note, IG isn’t the only social media platform. I’m more active on Twitter and I promote people I don’t even know.”
“You can take your time and go through my twitter/Facebook, I know y’all can’t stand me. I’ve known since I started acting Charley. I hear all the stuff said behind my back, y’all see me and smile with me.
I know you all. And oh, if it’s about casting you, don’t wait for me/producers. You can be your own producer too, try it, you’ll understand. Didn’t even mention actors, read my tweets again. Instagram isn’t the only social media platform madam”, she added.
