The Minister for Local Government, Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs, Hon. Ahmed Ibrahim, has assured residents of Kwanyako in the Central Region that government will work to revamp the Kwanyako Community Centre within the next year to make it more vibrant and suitable for community and social activities.
Speaking at the installation ceremony of Nana Asiedu Keteke I as Development Chief of Kwanyako, the Minister emphasized that the redevelopment forms part of Government’s broader commitment to improving community infrastructure, strengthening social cohesion and supporting local economic development.
Hon. Ahmed Ibrahim also congratulated Nana Asiedu Keteke I on his installation and encouraged him to champion inclusive development initiatives, youth empowerment and community mobilisation to advance the growth of Kwanyako.
The Ministry remains committed to supporting peaceful, inclusive and sustainable development across communities in Ghana.
