Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie was known in real life as Michael Owusu Addo has told President Akufo-Addo that there are a lot of things that need to be fixed in the country.
Sarkodie made this known when he replied to a tweet from the president which read: “The online passport application, implemented by the NPP Government, has made it possible for Ghanaians to apply for or renew their passports from the comfort of their homes. #MakingGhanaEfficient #4MoreForNana”.
The multiple award-winning rappers in his reply expressed how excited he is as he has been waiting for the online passport application and renewal for a long time therefore sees it as a relief.
The ‘Oofeetsɔ’ hitmaker quoted the president’s tweet with this caption: “Thumbs up … was looking forward to this … About time folded hands. Anything towards the right direction we support though there’s a lot to be fixed”.
The top-ranked rapper has been described by many Ghanaians as one of the great supporters of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the musician seems to be showing them that it is true since he’s always on social media platforms praising the NPP party for anything that they (NPP) will do.
He noted that he supports anything that is in the right direction but there’s a lot to be fixed.
