Speaker Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin today directed the Marshal to walkout the Member of Parliament for Damango, Hon. Samuel Abu Jinapor from the the Chamber.
Hon. Jinapor was on the floor contributing to the Business Statement presented by the Majority Leader, Hon. James Agalga. According to Hon. Jinapor, it has been alleged that Diplomatic Passports are being sold to individuals at a fee.
The Rt. Hon. Speaker then asked the MP for Damango to withdraw his alleged statement if he could not substantiate it. Upon repeating the allegation, the Speaker ordered the Marshal to walkout him out of the Chamber.
The Minority members, including their Leader, Hon. Alexander Afenyo-Markin walked out of the Chamber in solidarity with their colleague MP for Damango.
