Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Livingstone Etse Satekla better known on stage as Stonebwoy has ardently stated that it’s about time African leaders are made to swear by local gods before assuming office.
According to him, African leaders can’t be trusted and for that matter takes the citizens for granted which to him sees it to be an unfair treatment on their part.
Adding that he believes swearing with local gods will put fear in them knowing the repercussions it will bring if they don’t go according to the promise they made to the citizens of the country.
Affirming that African leaders aren’t scared of God Almighty and for that matter engage in many corruption activities when they assume office.
The ‘Go higher’ hit maker made this known in a tweet “It Got me thinking that come this election, our leaders and all who will assume public and civil offices may have to swear by our African Deities too. These promises must be fulfilled Africa deserves better leadership…elsewhere are gonne #RunGo.
