Media Personality and actress Ama K. Abebrese has expressed her displeasure at the high cost of nose masks in some pharmacy shops across the country.
Taking to her official Twitter handle she recounted how she was nearly duped at a pharmacy when the attendant tried to sell a pack of nose masks to her for more than almost four times the actual price.
According to her, she went to a pharmacy to buy a pack of disposable nose masks and was told that the cost was GHC 150.
Ama said she left the drug store after seeing how much they are making off gullible customers. She said she went to another pharmacy to get the same pack of disposable nose mask for GHC 35.
The deadly disease is fast spreading across the country and for that matter, President Akufo-Addo has entreated the Ghana Police Service to ensure that anyone seen on sight has a nose mask on. Failure to wear a nose mask should be arrested.
