The Bono East Regional Police Commander, DCOP Moses Asabagna Atibilla is happy about the drastic reduction in crime rate especially before, during, and after the yuletide.
He attributed the recent peace and harmony the region is enjoying to some four key principles his personnel has embraced with teamwork as the golden rule.
He has, however, congratulated his men for the good work done throughout the year and urged them to forge ahead this year and even beyond.
DCOP Moses Atibilla was addressing the Bono East regional Police Command’s annual get-together popularly known as West Africa Security Service Association (WASSA) celebration in Techiman.
The Bono East Regional Minister, Kwasi Adu-Gyan who graced the occasion commended security agencies in the region for their teamwork that is yielding good results of maintaining peace and order.
The minister indicated that government would continue to equip and resource all security agencies and therefore called on the public to assist them with the necessary information to help deal with crime.
