The National Petroleum Authority (NPA) has given 4th August 2022 as an ultimatum for Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to settle their outstanding debts owed to the Primary Distribution Margin (PDM).
In a press statement issued by the Corp[orate Affairs Directorate on 18th July 2022, the NPA indicated that it will initiate all legal actions against OMCs that fail to settle their indebtedness by the deadline given above.
