On Monday, October 17, 2022, Hon Eric Kwaku Kusi, District Chief Executive for Adansi North District, Fomena visited Examination centres to encourage BECE candidates.
He beseeched the students to pull a sterling performance to grant them spaces in Secondary Schools scattered across Ghana and also become beneficiaries of the novel Free Senior High School.
“Try to perform well so that you can also benefit from free SHS being introduced by H. E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo, President of the Republic,” he said.
The visit is to encourage and advise candidates as they sit for the BECE examination and also to be abreast with challenges at the various centres.
He said candidates should avoid examination malpractices and do independent work to become responsible adults to occupy key positions in future.
He expressed optimism about better performance in this year’s BECE exams and pray not to be disappointed.
The DCE was accompanied by the district director of Education, Mr Ibrahim Amankwaah and NPP Constituency executives led by Mr Akwasi Adom Fomena Constituency Chairman and other party executives.
