Hearts of Oak forward, Yassan Ouatching has been named in the Central African Republic 26-man squad to face Madagascar in the AFCON 2023 qualifiers next week.
Despite struggling in the Ghana Premier League, the 24-year-old has been included in Roaul Savoy’s squad for the doubleheader against Madagascar next week.
He was named among the five strikers in the Central Africa Republic’s squad.
Since joining Hearts of Oak, the forward has made 11 appearances without finding the back of the net in the domestic top-flight.
He featured during the games against Angola and Ghana in the first two Group E matches.
The Central African Republic currently sit third in the group with just a point.
