Omanhene of New Juaben traditional area Daasebre Kwaku Boateng has urged the youth to refrain from get rich quick mentality instead work hard to achieve success.
He bemoaned how the youth are chasing money using all foul means stating that good name is better than riches.
He said discipline, hardwork and patient must be their their hallmark in life ,and bear in mind that, success come with lots of hardwork and commitment.
Daasebre Kwaku Boateng said this when he and his traditional entourage fellowshipped with Central Terbenacle assembly of The Church of Pentecost at Koforidua Nkubem on Sunday.
Daasebre Kwaku Boateng III reiterated his call for sustained unity in New Juaben to spur up development and attract more investors.
He wished all mothers in Koforidua happy mother’s day, and commended the Church of Pentecost for its contribution to the development of Ghana.
Koforidua Area Head of The Church of Pentecost Apostle Mike Etrue commended Daasebre Kwaku Boateng III for making God a pillar of his leadership.
He prayed that God strengthen him and give him wisdom to make New Juaben a positive influtial traditional area with job opportunities created for the youth most of whom are unemployed.
Koforidua Area women’s leader Selina Badu who preached during the visit by Daasebre Kwaku Boateng as part of mother’s day celebration called on women not to renege on their parenting responsibilities at home in spite of time demand for economic and career work.
She said this is the time parenting in godly way has become so crucial due to worldly influences to ensure that children do not go wayward to negatively affect the family and society.
