Kumasi Asante Kotoko is hoping to strengthen their squad further with the signing of Salifu Ibrahim from Techiman Eleven Wonders.
The porcupine warriors have reportedly written to the Techiman based Ghana Premier League side about the winger.
The club’s spokesperson, Ali Mohammed confirmed Kotoko’s interest in their inform winger.
Asked if Kotoko has expressed interest in the player, he said, “Yes, in football every club have the right to show interest in players. So it is true Kotoko has shown interest in Salifu Ibrahim” he told Bryt FM.
According to him, Kotoko’s sworn rival Hearts of Oak are also keen to capture the winger for the second face of the GPL.
The diminutive winger who has hit top form for his side has become a hot kick for the most club in the GPL and at the international level.
