After several years of living without a police station, residents of Adjena and it’s environs will in the next few months have a sigh of relief
In a post by a local blogger, Faya News, the new facility is steadily in progress and is expected to be commissioned before the end of the year.
The police station when completed is expected to serve residents of Adjena, Adumasa, Gyakiti, Anyaase and many other surrounding communities.
Residents in the area have to resort to Akosombo police service anytime there is the need, a situation worrying as the over 30 minutes drive and the poor nature of the road is not favourable.
