Caleb Ekuban’s manager Graziano has entreated the Ghanaian forward to improve on his performance following his poor run of form in the Turkish Super Lig.
Ekuban has struggled in the past weeks having failed to score in about 8 games. The 26-year-old last scored for the club in their away game in the Turkish Super Lig against Genclerbirligi.
He has not been involved in any of his side’s goals in games against Yeni Malatyaspor, Gaziantep FK, Başakşehir and Fenerbahçe.
The former Leeds United attacker has however contributed ten goals this season, scoring seven and providing three assists.
Despite featuring in his side 3-1 defeat to Alanyaspor on home turf, he was unable to end his goal drought.
It is believed the player’s manager was at the stadium to watch the Trabzonspor game against Alanyaspor in the bid to give Ekuban the needed support in this difficult period of his career.
After meeting with the player, the manager asked the player to increase his performance and focus only on the success of the team.
The Italian football manager will stay in Tabzon for the week.
