Ex-Ghana coach, James Kwasi Appiah says he has distanced himself from football and has, therefore set sights on other businesses.
Appiah’s contract with the Ghana FA was not renewed after it expired in December 2019.
However, the nation’s football governing body appointed CK Akonnor in January 2020 to steer affairs for the Black Stars.
The former Black Stars gaffer talking about his possible return into football revealed that he is concentrating on other things outside sports despite being contacted by several clubs outside the country.
“Now I’m not interested in football. I’m concentrating on other things but I don’t know what will happen in the future. Truth to be told, I don’t want to know anything about football” he said.
