Medeama SC midfield enforcer Richard Boadu has expressed gratitude to giants Hearts of Oak for showing interest in him and has therefore promised to pay them back in the future.
The Phobians were in the haunt for the signing of the midfielder as a replacement for Benjamin Afutu who is likely to join a club in Azerbaijan on transfer deadline day but could not secure the services of the player.
The 22-year-old was also keen on reuniting with his former coach, Samuel Boadu who signed a 3-year deal with the Phobians earlier this year.
Despite the deal felling through, the player has taken to his social media handle to thank the Phobians for the love shown.
In a post sighted by Mybrytfmonline.com, he said, “Dear Hearts of Oak, thank you so much for the love shown, I really felt loved with interest shown in me and I promise to hug back”
Hearts of Oak have already roped in former Eleven Wonders forward, Salifu Ibrahim and former Aduana Stars defender, Caleb Amankwah.
