The Western North Regional Minister, Hon Richard Ebbah Obeng on Wednesday morning signed a Book of Condolence in honour of the late, Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipal Chief Executive, Hon Alfred Amoah (Yaw Broni) in Bibiani.
Speaking to the media at a large crowd gathered at the Assembly Hall of the Assembly in Bibiani, Hon. Richard Ebbah recounted his last meeting with the deceased in Accra, after a meeting with President Akufo-Addo.
He revealed the Party together with the families are putting in place to transfer the bodies of the MCE and his, driver Sammy to Bibiani for preservation.
He then urged the people, Assembly staff and party members to learn from the Coordinating Director, Mr Mohammed Yahayah who also lost his mother at the same time but has gathered every courage to perform his duty in the absence of the MCE and take heart.

Hon Richard Ebbah Obeng further assured both families of the deceased of the government’s support and also advised them to unite so that they can give a befitting send-off to the late MCE and his driver.
The minister later visited the wives of the late MCE and his driver at Bibiani Estate and Sefwi Bekwai respectively to console them.
Hon Alfred Amoah is the 7th Chief Executive Officer of the Assembly but horribly died with his driver after returning from a meeting on the Accra-Kumasi highway in an accident.
