As part of efforts by the party to take its message of hope to the doorsteps of every Ghanaians the National Democratic Congress (NDC), will hold a second town-hall meeting in Cape Coast today October 13, 2020.
A statement signed by Mr. Sammy Gyamfi, National Communication Officer, NDC, said the event was scheduled at 14:00 hours would be streamed live on major television and radio stations across the country.
The program will be addressed by Mr. John Dramani Mahama, Flag-bearer of the NDC, and Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, his Running Mate, and other speakers who would time to explain the transformational policies contained in the party’s 2020 Peoples’ Manifesto.
On 15th September 2020, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) organized a Town Hall Meeting in the Ashanti regional capital, Kumasi, to explain its policies and programs as contained in its Election 2020 manifesto.
The biggest opposition party launched its Election 2020 manifesto known as the ‘People’s Manifesto’ on Monday, September 7.
The highlights of the manifesto include making the Free SHS more inclusive to cover students in private senior high schools as well as abolishing the double-track system, and introducing Free Technical and Vocational Education and Training through apprenticeship programs.
