Vice President of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has said that the NPP ruling government has never rejected any project inherited from the previous National Democratic Congress (NDC) government.
During his presentation at the Government Town Hall Meeting and Results Fair held at the Academy of Arts and Sciences in Accra, Dr Bawumia stated that the NPP government has been able to complete some E-blocks started by the erstwhile President Mahama and are in process to complete the remaining.
He continued that several health projects have been also completed under Akuffo Addo administration.
He added that out of 30 infrastructure projects inherited from the former president, NPP has been able to complete 16 of them including 10 polyclinics and 2 district hospitals including the ongoing construction of another 9 district hospitals.”
The NPP government has also completed the upgrading of the Tamale Teaching hospital, the ongoing construction of the offices of the Ministry for Health and regulatory bodies, and the Ga East Municipal Hospital.
Dr Bawumia added that the NPP government is committed to delivering infrastructure development in every part of the country.
