Nenyi Kweku Kwei VI, Nifahene of the Senya Beraku Traditional Council and Odikro of Senya Bonsuoku, has explained how traditional authorities, community members, and other stakeholders came together to complete a school building project in the community.
According to the University of Ghana school ghraduate, the successful completion of the project was largely the result of collective commitment and support from individuals and organisations who recognised the importance of providing a safe and conducive learning environment for children.
He said the traditional authorities played a key role in mobilising the community and coordinating support for the project, while residents and other stakeholders contributed in various ways towards its completion.
Nenyi Kweku Kwei VI noted that the initiative was motivated by the need to improve educational infrastructure and create better conditions for teaching and learning in the area.
He expressed gratitude to all individuals, organisations, traditional leaders, and community members who contributed to the project, saying their support demonstrated the impact of community-led development.
He further urged the beneficiaries to take proper care of the facility and ensure that it is maintained for the benefit of current and future generations.
Nenyi Kweku Kwei VI also called on other communities to embrace collective initiatives and partnerships with stakeholders to address developmental challenges, particularly in the education sector.
