Director of External Affairs of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Frederick Kofi Ameyaw has interacted with Honorable Patrick Yaw Boamah, MP for Okaikwei Central and a Member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of Ghana’s Parliament.
The short meeting was to announce to the lawmaker his new position officially and also to discuss how best the External Affairs Directorate of the NPP can effectively work to maximize its gains abroad.
Mr Kofi Ameyaw since his appointment a few weeks ago has met with several personalities who form part of the stakeholders as far as external affairs of the party are concerned.
He met with his two deputies; Nana Kwame Asafo-Adjei and Portia Siaw, the Information minister, who had interacted with a section of the women wing as well as others relevant to his new office.
In an earlier interview with the reporter, Mr Kofi Ameyaw indicated his outfit is poised to bring on board all members of the party in the diaspora to ensure massive victory for the NPP come 2024.
He has, however, urged all party supporters in the diaspora to make themselves available to his office to have a free flow of information regarding party issues.
