Ghanaian midfielder Alhassan Wakaso is being tracked by Turkish super lig outfit Yeni Malatyaspor.
The 29-year old is currently a free agent after leaving Portuguese outfit Vitoria Guimaraes following four years.
Alhassan, the junior brother of Ghana international Mubarak Wakaso, rejected a contract renewal with the side.
However, the combative midfielder has become a transfer target for the Turkish side who are keen to strengthen their squad for the upcoming season after surviving relegation last season.
He made only 7 appearances in the just-ended season due to injuries.
