Former Ashantigold captain Tijani Joshua has expressed his delight about the return of Ghana star Sulley Muntari into the Ghana Premier League.
The former AC Milan, Inter and Portsmouth star made a return to the domestic top-flight signing a one-year deal with the Phobians on Wednesday.
Speaking to Koforidua-based Bryt FM, the former Aduana Stars left-back described Muntari’s return as a blessing for the Ghana Premier League.
“Sulley return will make the league more attractive because everyone knows what he’s done in the country and clubs abroad. I believe Hearts of Oak will get more spectators at the stadium because of him” he said.
“Truth be told, his return is a blessing for the league and I see the young ones tapping ideas from him.”
