Vice President, Dr. Alhaji Mahamadu Bawumia on Tuesday addressed the opening ceremony of the Ghana Youth Congress organised by the Christian Council of Ghana at Gomoa Fetteh in the Central Region.
It is aimed at empowering the youth who are future leaders and also offer them the available opportunities they can take advantage of in helping them attain their goals.
The Vice President assured the youth that Government will continue to explore ways to help them develop their talents and capabilities and also provide the enabling environment to meet the growth aspirations of all citizens.
He again, implored the youth to stay focused and have the mindset of possibilities.
The Congress has gathered most youth, mostly students across the country and it is expected to let them know their rights and roles they need to play in building mother Ghana.
