Ghana’s COVID-19 Active cases have dropped to 415 as of February 2022 with 1,431 deaths since 2020.
Ghana Health Service Report indicates that three patients are in critical and five in severe condition and the number of tests conducted so far is 2,278,841 but only 158,038 Cases were confirmed positive.
The Report indicated that a Total of 12,210,286 Vaccine Doses have been Administered as of 14th February 2022.
President Akufo-Addo has arrived in Germany the sign an agreement towards the production of Covid-19 vaccines in Ghana.
This is a continental production comprising Ghana, Senegal, and Rwanda but the fill and finish will be done in Ghana.
He said, “It has been the government’s objective to ensure we produce our vaccines and so I’m going to sign agreements regarding that in Germany.”
