Communication team member and the Abuakwa North Deputy Communication Officer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Alhaji Abdul Wahab Ahmed, has stated the newly elected Executives of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) cannot face the NDC in the upcoming 2024 general elections.
According to him, the NPP is already heading to opposition with its new elected Executives due to the abysmal management of the country’s economy.
He said that “the newly elected Executives of the NPP can’t help the party to break the 8 has it had planned”.
Speaking in an interview with Bryt FM correspondent, Nhyiraba Nartey Solomon, Alhaji Wahab stressed “Prices of goods and services are going up every day and Ghanaians are witnessing the hardship of the country’’ he said.
Alhaji Wahab added that it is very risky for the NPP government to win the 2024 general elections as it has performed poorly with the country’s economy.
‘‘The newly elected executives must forget victory in the 2024 election, adding that President Akufo Addo has failed Ghanaians,’’ said Alhaji Wahab.
