Managing Director of the State Housing Company (SHC), Kwabena Ampofo Appiah has indicated he is determined to build a people centered company that leverages on the skill of every employee.
He has revealed that all monumental projects undertaken by the SHC have been paid for through its Internally Generated Funds (IGF).
On Tuesday, August 16, 2022, State Housing Company (SHC) chalked another milestone by handing over the Urban Premier Court development, a 40-unit apartment project, in the Adenta Municipality to its proud owners.
This development adds to the myriad of projects SHC has completed or has started in the country since 2017.
The Urban Premier Court development was commissioned by the Minister of Works and Housing and MP for Bantama, Francis Asenso-Boakye.
Also in attendance were the Deputy Minister for Works and Housing, Board Chairman of State Housing Company as well as board members of the company.
The delegation led by the Minister later, also inspected other ongoing projects of SHC including the Surge Homes, a 230 home project in Amrahia and Legacy Court, a 60 home project in Adenta.
