The Committee observed that despite the recalcitrance of some of the cartels involved in this illegal enterprise, lots of strides have been made.
The Committee also resolved to continuously review our strategies and to adopt additional measures to fight this canker.
The commitment of the Government of President Akufo-Addo, and the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, to fight illegal mining is absolute and unflinching.
