Unconfirmed report indicate that the NDC National Youth Organiser aspirants, Brogya Genfi has filed a writ in the Supreme Court for the annulment of the elections of NPP MP for Tolon constituency, Alhaji Habib Iddrisu.
According to the writ intercepted by the reporter, Mr. Brogya Gyamfi took the stand on grounds that the Member of parliament has been convicted for fraud and forgery in Australia.
