Management and Committee of Seventh-Day Adventist church Clinic at Dadieso in the Suaman District of Western North region, has shown love to some of staff for providing them with citations and items
The maiden edition of the institution was to appreciate and show care to the staff since the establishment of health facility.
The Physician Assistant in charge of the clinic, Dr. Kofi Wiafe Akyeampong, speaking on the initiative shared “we value and have a deep appreciation for our staff. It will be of no use if we don’t show this appreciation in action. As we expected, our male and female staffs were pleasantly surprised and we, the management, are happy we were able to give this beautiful surprise to them”.
According to him, the clinic since its establishment had no record on rewarding its staff, hence the initiative to boost the moral of workers.
He also indicated the clinic lacks some logistics and therefore urged philanthropists and other stakeholders to come to their aid despite the efforts made by the church to establish it.
The emerged winners were drawn midwives, nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Accounts department, Pharmacy, Administrative Staff and others.
Dr. Wiafe said management will continue to motivate staff to give off their best to save lives and bring comfort to the sick.
On the side of the rewarded staffs, Mr. Boafo Emmanuel at the Account department on behalf of the staff showed their gratitude to management and the committee for the initiative.
