Black Stars midfielder Edmund Addo has debuted for Red Star Belgrade in a preseason friendly game on Monday.
The Ghana international sealed a move to the Serbian giants last week, penning a four-year deal.
Addo did not take much time to make his debut for the club after featuring in their friendly win over Serbian second-tier club GFK Sloboda Uzice.
The game ended 3-1 in favour of Red Star Belgrade who hosted the lower-tier club.
Serbian forward Jovan Mijatovic opened the scoring for Red Star Belgrade after connecting from a pass after 19 minutes into the game.
The visitors restored parity in the 34th minute through Nikola Lazovic but Aleksandar Katai found the back of the net to restore Red Star Belgrade’s lead as they went to recess with a 2-1 advantage.
After the break, Serbian defender Marko Gobeljic scored the last goal of the match in the 63rd minute to seal a 3-1 win over Uzice in the encounter.
