The Western North Regional Chairman for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Micheal Aidoo (Big Aidoo), has described the 24-hour economy policy proposed by the NDC’s flagbearer John Dramani Mahama, as a good one and a game changer to tackle youth unemployment in the country.
According to him, the move is an excellent one that is going to help transform the nation by employing more people and generating abundant revenue.
He indicated that other foreign countries have already started initiating the policy and it has immensely boosted their economy and adding positive results to their revenue exchange.
In an interview with Lord fm News, Mr. Micheal Aidoo said, given the rising state of joblessness in Ghana today, it requires a more pragmatic and solution oriented policy to ameliorate the canker of unemployment facing the nation and will compelled the District Assemblies and other sectors to work efficiently, which is very simple and not difficult to implement it.
He, therefore, appealed to Ghanaians to pray and wait for December 7 elections and also vote massively to bring back NDC to power to boost the cocoa and agric sector
He again urged Ghanaians to have more confidence and trust in Mahama since he is tried and tested and can change things from worst to better.
