Hon. Samuel Adongo, the NDC parliamentary candidate for New Juaben North is on a mission to transform the constituency.
He believes that the people of New Juaben North need opportunities for survival, and that’s why he is poised to building factories to create jobs and stimulate economic growth.
The NDC PC plans to establish a cocoa processing factory, a cassava processing factory and a bag factory.
He emphasized these factories will not only benefit people of New Juaben North but also Ghana as a whole. By producing goods locally and exporting them, Adongo hopes to generate income and reduce the country’s reliance on imports, ultimately lowering the dollar rate.
This statement was made during an interview with Kwamina Sam Biney on Bryt Adekyee Mu Nsem on earlier comment by John Mahama to establish a bag factory when he visited the constituency as part of his tour to the Eastern region last week.
“You need to get a big land in New Juaben North to be able to build a factory, so we had to move far to be able to do so and this is to help make the place a better place and a developed place”.
“I decided on cocoa processing factory because one of our executive members is already having the knowledge about it and as our party is blessed with this people having more in depth knowledge. We also have one member in the field of making bags and that’s the reason I planned for bag factory as well” he stated
Hon. Adongo’s vision is to make New Juaben North a thriving and developed area, attractive to people from all over the world
With the proposed factories, he aims to create a better future for his constituents and contribute to Ghana’s economic growth, as well as helping to deal with unemployment.
