As part of the Youth Employment Agency’s ongoing regional engagements, the Chief Executive Officer, Malik Basintale, together with Deputy CEO (Finance & Administration), Prisca Sedinam Kekeshie, Deputy CEO Abubakari Saana Abdul-Kudus, and members of management, met with staff in the Greater Accra Region.
The engagement focused on strengthening teamwork, improving operational efficiency, and reaffirming the Agency’s commitment to delivering meaningful employment opportunities for the youth of Ghana. Staff also had the opportunity to interact directly with management and share ideas geared towards improving the Agency’s impact.
Addressing the staff, the CEO commended their hard work and dedication, stating that the Agency’s growing achievements and increasing beneficiary numbers are a reflection of their collective effort. He further assured staff that management remains committed to improving staff welfare and creating a supportive working environment across all regions.
Deputy CEO (F&A), Prisca Sedinam Kekeshie, encouraged staff to continue demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and consistency in their work, while Deputy CEO Abubakari Saana Abdul-Kudus urged staff to remain disciplined, committed, and steadfast in carrying out their responsibilities.
The visit reinforced the Agency’s resolve to build a motivated workforce capable of driving sustainable employment initiatives and empowering more young people across the Greater Accra Region and beyond.
