The Manger’s Family Foundation has donated essential baby items to preterm babies at the Koforidua Central Hospital as part of activities marking the foundation’s one-year anniversary.

Speaking during the donation exercise, Ambassador Prince Kwaku Okyere explained that the foundation was established a year ago, although its initial activities were conducted online. He noted that the foundation later moved into physical outreach programmes, beginning with visits to orphanages and homes for the aged before extending the gesture to the regional hospital.
According to him, the visit to Koforidua Central Hospital was aimed at showing love and compassion to babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), as well as their parents and caregivers. He added that the foundation’s work is driven by love, humanity, and the desire to spread the message of the Lord Jesus Christ through practical acts of kindness.

A nurse at the NICU, speaking on behalf of the hospital staff, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the foundation for the donation. She said although several individuals and organisations support the unit, the items presented by Manager’s Family Foundation were particularly significant because they directly met the urgent needs of the babies.
Some mothers of the preterm babies also expressed their appreciation and happiness over the support received. One of the mothers said the items would go a long way in helping them care for their babies and prayed for God’s blessings upon the foundation for its kindness and generosity.

The donation forms part of the foundation’s continued commitment to supporting vulnerable groups in society through humanitarian and faith-based initiatives.
