The Deputy Minister for Defence, Hon Ernest Brogya Genfi, accompanied by the Ministry’s Chief Director, Mr Emmanuel Kartey, have paid a working visit to various directorates within the Ministry.
The visit served as a familiarization tour, allowing the Deputy Minister to gain first-hand insight into the functional operations and specific challenges facing each unit.
During his interactions with directors and staff, Hon Genfi reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to improving the work environment.
He assured staff that management is dedicated to fostering a conducive environment to drive efficiency and departmental productivity.
