The Member of Parliament for Salaga South, Zuwera Mohammed Ibrahimah, has hosted the first session of her annual Ramadan Iftar for 2026 in Salaga after returning from parliamentary duties.
The event attracted a large gathering of key stakeholders, including traditional leaders, the Council of Elders of her party, constituency executives, youth and women leaders, and residents of the constituency.
Addressing participants, Hajia Zuwera Mohammed Ibrahimah expressed her gratitude to all who attended, noting that Ramadan is a sacred period dedicated to prayer, sacrifice, and reflection.
She also called for special prayers for former President John Dramani Mahama, his appointees, traditional and religious leaders, and party executives. She urged participants to pray for wisdom, strength, and guidance in their service to the nation.
The MP further prayed for Allah’s continued blessings and guidance as efforts are made toward the development and progress of the Salaga South constituency.
She concluded by asking for Allah’s mercy to grant long life and the opportunity to witness greater achievements in the years ahead.
