An International Business Consultant who is contesting for the Parliamentary seat in Lower West Akyem Constituency in the New Patriotic Party in the Eastern Region, Kwabena Asamoah Nkansah has charged delegates to accept all gifts from Aspirants contesting but vote wisely.
He told delegates that if any aspirants share gifts they should accept all but should not be induced and stressed on the need for delegates to consider people with vision and good policies for the entire constituency.
Addressing delegates in Asamankese, Mr. Kwabena Asamoah, who has been a supportive and card bearing member for over 12 years now, said he is ready to serve wholeheartedly and he is not in the race to get a job but to rescue the Constituency and the people.
As one of the youngest Parliamentary Aspirants to every contest in Lower West Akim, his platform is centered on 3 critical themes; Service, Humility, and Integrity, and believe Lower West Akim needs a servant leader dedicated fully to the welfare of the People within.
Mr. Asamoah believes that to transform the lives of people in the constituency, there is the need to tackle poverty first.
He believes that the only sustainable way to eradicate poverty and gain the symbiotic benefits of better health, education, communal cohesion, and social advancement that come along with poverty reduction, is to implement market-based, disruptive innovations in the constituency.
He is who has worked for several multinational companies in the United States, Europe, and Africa.
He has led the Africa division for several international companies spanning Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia, and Mauritius. Mr. Asamoah is an alumnus of PRESEC Legon.
He has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Global Logistics from the College of Charleston, South Carolina, the USA, and a Master’s Degree in Governmental Administration from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, USA.
Mr. Asamoah is a youth activist and a former Youth Organizer for NPP USA, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC Chapter.
Mr. Asamoah is married with 3 children.
