The President of the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) Philipa Larson has stated that majority of students who are partaking the ongoing West Africa certification Examination (WASSCE) have taken the examination for granted.
Speaking on Accra Based-radio station, Mrs Larson averred that the final year senior high school students in the country were disappointed over the nature of the questions because they were expecting cheap questions.
According to her, most of the students think the WASSCE will be easy, owing to the NPP government free SHS policy.
“Some of the students destroyed school properties and also attacked the government over the questions which they don’t even have an excuse for such conducts.
Mrs Philipa Larson indicated that the act of disappointment exhibited by students has brought disgrace to the government and the country as a whole.
