A sachet water distributor has been crushed to death by a speeding vehicle at Gomoa Mampong on Kasoa to Winneba highway in the Central Region.
The body of 22-year-old Kwasi James has been deposited at the morgue.
Bryt FM News correspondent Eric Owusu Amponsah reports that the deceased was crushed by a speeding Toyota Hiace with registration number GS 5524 – 09 while crossing to attend to natures call.
The impact causes the vehicle to veer off the road and clashed with a taxi cab.
An eyewitness said the 22 years old died instantly.
Four (4) other passengers were injured and on admission at Winneba Trauma and Specialist Hospital whiles the body of the deceased was also deposited at the same hospital morgue.
Martin Amponsah, Driver in charge of the Kia Truck, onboard by the deceased said they were returning from Agona Swedru after distributing bags of sachet water to their customers.
