AshantiGold talisman Appiah McCarthy has provided an injury update after missing a chunk of the 2020/21 season.
The enterprising midfielder sustained an injury in match day 10 of the Ghana Premier League against Legon Cities in Accra, a game the miners lost 5-2.
His season came to an abrupt end due to the injury he suffered along the line.
Giving an update on his injury recovery, he said, “By God’s grace is everything is going on well, I started my rehabilitation two months ago after the surgery and I think I am doing better”
“It was a knee injury but I am getting better,” he said.
Despite disclosing he is doing better he indicated he does not know when he will return to the pitch with the miners.
